Readiness Training Once Weekly
Designed around the movement patterns of everyday life, readiness classes prepare the body for the dasy ahead. Mondays focus on upper body mobility and shoulder movement, Wednesdays focus on lower body stability and explosiveness, and Fridays rotate monthly. Currently, Friday classes focus on jumping, falling, and rolling.
