These sessions provide the personalized programming and attention of one-on-one training to you and up to four of your loved ones. Each hour-long session will include both independent and collaborative exercises designed for every participant’s unique goals. I enjoy working with all age ranges and social dynamics. Whether you’re a family looking to spend more time together or a group of friends with similar goals, I will teach each of you the skills you need.

FAQs

Can I do this with my older parents/younger kids?

Yes! During our consultation, I’ll collect information about all participants and be sure to program exercises that consider everyone’s limitations and abilities. Let me know if you or a loved one needs specific accommodation, and I’ll respond with the solutions I can offer.

How is this training different from the classes you offer?

This style of training is personalized in a way that readiness classes and fight conditioning are not. Those classes are purpose-driven: every participant will perform the same exercises and receive a similar benefit. During family-style training, each person is working toward their own goals. Exercises, recommendations, and intensity will be different for each participant.

What are collaborative exercises?

Collaborative exercises are a form of training where two or more people train in tandem. Examples include passing a medicine ball back and forth, balancing each other to perform one-legged variations, and partnered stretching.

Do we have to go to your location in Ballard?

Not if you have another location in Seattle you’d prefer! Let me know the details of where you’d like to train, including available equipment and any restrictions on the space. I will commute a reasonable distance and bring any equipment that’s needed.
