About Me

A shirtless guy with curly hair and a mustache. There are two black arrows drawn on the image, one pointing down on his left shoulder and one pointing up on his right shoulder.

This is me three years ago, preparing to fight. My right shoulder was stuck down and forward, my back ached, and I was anxious about the challenge ahead. My body and mind were feeling the effects of decades-old injuries. My desk job where I sat and typed for 8 hours a day didn’t help either.

After a year of training, study, and consistent practice, I resolved my chronic back pain, found calm in confidence, and reached a new level of physical conditioning. My shoulder and back strength became a cornerstone of my competitive strategy.

This is also me, one year later, competing at the oldest and most prestigious Muay Thai stadium in the world, Rajadamnern.

A fighter sitting with his eyes closed about to enter the ring.

Join Me

A smiling young man with dark, curly hair and tattoos on his right arm, crouching on a green gym floor with two black kettlebells.

I have big plans, both for myself and my students. I will fight for a belt here in Seattle September 20 and defend my current belt in New York by the end of the year. Do you have goals for the season, or the year? I would love to help you reach them.

I’m offering you the practical knowledge of physical training that changed my life, my mood, and my performance. The first step forward is a half-hour conversation, either online or in-person in Ballard. We’ll talk about your life, your goals, and the path forward I can offer you.
