Strength and Movement Training
for Seattle Families
Rebuild Your Strength,
Relieve Your Pain, and
Gain Health That Lasts a Lifetime
Our Method
We begin our focus on the roots of movement: breath, posture, and mobility. The goal is to find and manage pain while constructing pain-free movement.
Then we strengthen the trunk to gain stability, balance, and resilience. The goal is to strengthen the core and spine, improving our capability for high speed and high power movements.
Finally, we branch into the various aspects of athletic performance: The goal is to improve speed, power, reaction, and overall athleticism
We Offer:
I teach foundational group classes weekdays at 7am and 12:30. The morning class is focused on posture, tool-assisted stretching, and slow movement. The noon class is focused on core stability, balance, and isometrics.
I also teach a 5:30pm class focused on athletic development Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday. Class topics include strength training, cardiovascular conditioning, and muscular endurance.
Group Classes
Personal Training
I teach individuals and small groups (up to 5) when group classes do not match their timing or goals. Lessons run one hour long, are available by appointment, and are focused on the students’ individualized goals.
If you’re interested in personal training, contact me with the number of people interested, their experience, and what they would like to learn.
