Personal training sessions are an opportunity to improve your body’s abilities and fine-tune your self-understanding.

Each session consists of a one-hour lesson that will help you progress towards your goals. My goal for these lessons are:

  • Teach you the pattern behind a movement, allowing you to practice the technique safely first with instruction, then on your own.

  • Include regressions for when you’re struggling and progressions for when the movement feels easy.

  • Present a training program that generates consistent, gradual progress towards your goals.
