For those interested in the physical conditioning necessary for Muay Thai competition, this conditioning class will test your fitness. Permission from me as well as Muay Thai Iyarin required. The class will begin with jump rope and shadowboxing, followed by 40-60 minutes of training. Arrive early, hydrated, and bring gloves and running shoes.
