The roots of training can be found in the ways we breathe, stand, and move.

Learn how to use tools to release tension and reset your posture,

Then rediscover how to move without pain.

Monday - Friday, 7-8am

Trunk

Once we can access good posture and painless movement, the next step is learning how to use our core effectively.

The core can act like an anchor, keeping the body’s structure stable, or like an engine, adding energy to movements through torque.

This half hour class will teach you to do both, solidifying the pain free posture and movement from Roots and preparing you for the dynamic work of Branches.

Branches

Any branch of athleticism requires focused, intentional training. Our evening classes focus on a single aspect of athletic performance such as explosive power, cardiovascular endurance, and reaction timing.

Classes run an hour long and are physically demanding. If you’re eager to find and surpass your own limits, come in on Friday and try a free trial!
