Core and Back Strength

A stable, powerful core is beneficial for every movement your body makes. Trunk is a moderate intensity class designed with two goals: First, strengthen your abdominals and lower back so they can support the rest of your movements. Second, anchor the movement of your limbs in your core so you can generate power and speed using your entire body.

Class will run 30 to 45 minutes, be sure to wear comfortable clothes and bring water.
