ROOTS

Tool Assisted Stretching

Monday-Friday, 7am

A young man kneeling on a black mat in a gym or training facility, with a boxing ring in the background. He has short curly dark hair, tattoos on his right arm, and is wearing a black sleeveless shirt and white pants. There are two tennis balls on the ground in front of him, one yellow and the other with yellow and red markings.

Does your work leave your eyes weary and body aching? Return to your roots and relearn how your body works. This is a low intensity morning class focused on teaching the fundamentals of breathwork, posture adjustment, and corrective movement. We will use tools such as lacrosse balls and PVC pipe to assess the imbalances in our bodies.

This class will run for one hour and will leave you energized for the day ahead. Bring water and comfortable clothes.
