One-0n-One Training
Personal training sessions are an opportunity to improve your body’s abilities and fine-tune your self-understanding. Each session consists of a one hour lesson that will help you progress towards your goals. My goal for these lessons is to teach you the pattern behind a movement, allowing you to practice the technique safely first with instruction, then on your own. This includes regressions for when you’re struggling and progressions for when the movement feels easy.
1 Hour: $100
4 Hours/month: $360
8 Hours/month: $700
12 Hours/month: $1000
16 Hours/month: $1200

FAQs
How hard is this going to be?
Training will explore your limits as it shows you a sustainable way past them. That means that you will struggle with some part of these sessions no matter how skilled you are, but every movement can be modified to accommodate a complete beginner. The movements that are initially difficult will become more comfortable as you progress towards mastery.
Do you also teach private lessons for Muay Thai?
All of my the Muay Thai training is performed in coordination with Muay Thai Iyarin. If you are interested in Muay Thai, private lessons or otherwise, please contact us to explore your options.
What if I can’t make it one day?
If you can reschedule 24 hours before your scheduled lesson, no worries! Day-of cancellations will not be accommodated.
Do you offer shorter/cheaper sessions?
I typically do not offer 30-minute sessions as I do not find it to be enough time to teach a technique effectively. Family-style sessions a more affordable personalized option, and Readiness Training is an accessibly priced class that will improve your fundamental techniques.
