ROOTS: start your morning with a low intensity class focused on breath work, posture, myofascial release, and corrective movement.
TRUNK: a moderate intensity class that strengthens your core, improves stability and balance, and to anchor the movement of your limbs.
BRANCHES: a high intensity strength and conditioning class that improves athletic ability, including power, speed, and reaction time.
PERSONAL TRAINING: individualized sessions tailored to your unique needs. Available for all ages and walks of life.
