Nutrition Counseling
Your training is only half the formula for achieving meaningful results: Your food, water, sleep, and other habits play a critical role in your success. I can help you plan and organize these habits, create a routine that lets your best self shine.
The hour-long consultation will a dissection of your day-to-day: We’ll walk through your daily habits in terms of work, food, water, and sleep before discussing them in the context of your goals. At the end of the conversation, you’ll have:
An understanding of the macronutrients required daily to reach your goals
A weeks’ worth of recipes accounting for your schedule, dietary requirements, and tastes.
A weekly plan to approach each day’s work, rest, and meals, balancing your long-term goals with immediate challenges.
If you enjoy the meals I planned for you or would like more consistent feedback on some aspect of your routine, I offer monthly nutrition planning where we speak for half an hour each week to check in on how the meals are working for you, how you’re doing more generally, and make any necessary adjustments to the plan.
Initial Consultation: $75
Meal plans, including weekly check-ins: $100/month

FAQs
What if I don’t eat 3 meals a day? How do you plan for people with unique eating habits?
At first, I try to tune my recommendations to your current rhythm and routine, whether you’re eating one meal a day or five. That way we can fine tune the changes to what you’re eating first, then look into changes to your routine.
What goes into the meal plans you make?
The meal plans have two main goals: The first is meeting the dietary requirements, schedule, and preferences you’ve expressed to me. The second is following to the macronutrient recommendations I provide during the consultation. I try to recommend meals that consist of foods you like, and I appreciate both requests and curiosity.
Do I have to follow this plan exactly for it to work?
Nope! I don’t expect perfect execution to either a meal plan or a training plan. Weekly check-ins are included with meal plans partly to determine what didn’t work for you. The next week will be changed accordingly, and through a cycle of successes and adjustments we will find a routine that supports your goals.
What kind of results can I expect?
Nutrition is only a single part of the formula that leads to achievement. While the recipes I provide will help with performance, the advice included about hydration and sleep are also critical. Finally, physical training processes food, water, and rest, converting them into muscle growth, fat loss, and other adaptations. These meal plans aren’t just recipes; they’re an ongoing conversation about your progress towards your goals.
